4. Can you produce our design?
Yes, we can customize your glass vials. Please send us your drawing or real sample, and we will create a drawing for your approval.
5. How many days can I get my sample and how many days can you deliver our order?
After the drawing is approved, creating a sample unit mold takes 20 days, and making the sample takes an additional 10 days..
After the sample is approved, production time is approximately 35 days.
6. What's the MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1X40HQ.
7. What's your payment term?
We accept 30% T/T as a deposit, with the remaining 70% to be paid before loading.
8. What are your shipping terms?
Normally, as glass is considered heavy cargo, customers prefer to ship it by sea or train.
