We provide a variety of glass materials, including extra flint, high flint, regular flint, cobalt blue, amber, and green glass for different bottles and jars. Our factory is equipped with advanced German printing equipment, allowing us to offer diverse decoration techniques such as coating, printing, frosting, and hot stamping.
The bottles offered by Well Pack are designed for safe consumer use, compatibility with customer filling lines, and secure performance during handling, storage, shipping, and marketing through your distribution network. All our packaging materials comply with environmental policies.
Our glassware, used for fermentation, hot packs, pasteurized products, carbonation, and champagnes, is rigorously subjected to thermal shock testing.
We apply a cold end coating to the bottle surfaces to ensure smooth transport. Each production line is equipped with auto-imaging equipment to automatically reject defective bottles.
1. What's your glass bottle price?
The price depends on order quantity, delivery port in China, bottle decoration, and cap material. Please provide more details about your requirements so we can give you an exact quote.
2. How do you control the product quality?
We have a professional QC department and strict quality inspection standards.
3. What is the broken rate during the transport?
Our bottles are packed with dividers inside the box, each bottle is placed in a PE bag to prevent dust and scratches. Cartons with pallets are also available to avoid scratches during transport. The breakage rate is below 2%, and we will compensate for any broken bottles by sending free replacements with your next order.
4. What's your MOQ for customized color?
Our minimum order quantity is 5000 pieces per color. Please provide your Pantone color code.
For regular colors like clear, matte black, glossy black, amber, and frosted, we always have stock. Any quantity is acceptable.
5. How can I get a sample for checking?
We offer free bottles and caps within 20 sets; the freight cost will be negotiated.
We support DHL, FedEx, ***, and UPS freight collect services.
6. What's your payment term?
We accept 30% T/T as a deposit, with the remaining 70% to be paid before loading.
7. What's the normal lead time?
For stock products, we will dispatch goods within 5-7 days after receiving your payment.
For customized bottles, delivery time is approximately 35 days after receiving the deposit.
8. What are your shipping terms?
Glass is typically shipped by sea or train due to its weight, but for urgent orders, air shipping is also available.
