1. What's your glass bottle price?
The pricing of our glass bottles is influenced by various factors including order quantity, delivery port in China, bottle decorations, and cap material. Kindly provide detailed requirements so we can furnish you with an accurate quote.
2. How do you control the product quality?
Our professional QC department rigorously adheres to stringent quality inspection standards to ensure top-notch product quality.
3. What is the broken rate during transport?
To prevent damage, each bottle is packed with a divider inside the box and enclosed in a PE bag. Palletized cartons are also available to minimize breakage. The breakage rate is kept under 2%, and we compensate for any breakage with free bottles in your next order.
4. What's your MOQ for customized color?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized colors is 5000 pieces per color. Please provide your Pantone color code for accurate matching.
We always maintain stock of regular colors such as clear, matte black, glossy black, amber, and frosted. Any quantity for these colors is acceptable.
5. How can I get a sample to check?
We offer up to 20 sets of complimentary bottles and caps for sampling. Freight costs will be discussed and negotiated accordingly.
We facilitate freight collect via DHL, FedEx, ***, and UPS to ensure convenient and timely delivery of samples.
6. What's your payment term?
Our payment terms include a 30% T/T deposit, with the remaining 70% to be paid prior to loading.
7. What's the normal lead time?
For products in stock, shipment is made within 5-7 days upon receiving payment.
For customized bottles, the delivery timeline is approximately 35 days after the deposit is received, ensuring precision and quality.
8. What are your shipping terms?
Given the weight of glass, sea or train shipping is preferred for most orders.
For urgent orders, we offer the option of air shipping to meet your needs promptly.
